KAM Project Consultants announces further expansion as they open a new office in Cambridge.
The expansion will be KAM’s second office opening this year, having set up roots in Manchester earlier in the year.
Founded in 2013, the independent construction company of project managers and cost consultants has enjoyed year on year growth, with offices in Milton Keynes, Leicester, Manchester, Frankfurt and now Cambridge.
Investing in a permanent presence in Cambridge places KAM in an ideal position to share their industry leading expertise with the East of England whilst supporting existing clients, along with the new. KAM has a track record of delivering high-profile projects in the Cambridgeshire region and has already secured several local developments which are currently on site or in the planning stages.
KAM director, David French, will be leading the new office. The chartered quantity surveyor has managed and delivered complex projects throughout the UK and Europe, working with prestigious clients including DHL and Sainsbury’s. David will be supported by KAM associate, Mark Johnson, who brings with him over 25 years of experience in the construction industry.
David said: “I am excited to be leading the new office and building a passionate team that will drive KAM’s values and success into the East of England. With a number of our colleagues and clients already located in this part of the country, opening an office in Cambridge allows us to improve our overall accessibility whilst helping colleagues reduce their carbon footprint due to shorter commuting times.
