National and award-winning house builder, St. Modwen Homes, has submitted a planning application to Tonbridge and Malling Borough Council to start building Orchard Mill, a brand new housing development in Ditton.

Orchard Mill, formerly known as Ditton Edge, will be located just 4.6 miles away from the popular town of Maidstone, and St. Modwen Homes is keen to fit into the surrounding area by creating a brand-new and thriving community.

With that in mind, St. Modwen Homes will be holding an exhibition on Wednesday 23rd March from 4.00pm to 8.00pm for local residents and key stakeholders, to give them the chance to meet the developer and view the proposals.
